On behalf of Everything In Sight, we are happy to be able to serve you during this pandemic. We are dedicated to providing safe and effective care during these challenging times. Both the Doctor and staff will be following the guidelines of the CDC and the American Optometry Association.
The office will have a much different feel and appearance for the foreseeable future. I would like to outline what our office is doing and highlight the actions we expect our patients and their families to do.
For Your Protection:
•Only patients allowed in the building, no persons in the waiting room.
Exceptions to this rule will include:
•One parent or guardian for minors and those needing assistance. (We ask that you let us know by phone before your appointment)
•When requested for specific instructions by the staff.
•We will ask COVID-19 screening questions and take no-touch digital temperatures on all persons entering the building, including employees.
•All appointments will be made over the phone.
•Office capacity is limited to 50% of our normal pre-COVID patient load per day.
•Dedicated staff members assigned to disinfect treatment chairs and surrounding equipment between patients.
•All clinical staff will be wearing masks, gloves, and scrubs
We ask that you:
•Check in by calling from your car in the parking lot.
An office greeter will come to your vehicle to ask screening questions, take a temporal no-touch temperature of the patient, and escort them into the office. Instructions for check-in will be provided at the office.
•Younger patients or those with special needs may be walked to the foyer by a parent
•We ask that all persons approaching the office wear a face-mask, including patients. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN WITHOUT A MASK. We will have disposable masks if you cannot provide one.
•Patients will be asked to wash their hands for 20 seconds prior to being seated.
We look forward to continuing treatment with you. Our front desk staff will be here to take calls (815)729-2002 with any questions. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can be patient with us as we find our way through this new normal.
